Friday Night “Fast Food” Parmesan Chicken Tenders-Market Ready Food Arsenal

Friday nights are busy! You are just getting out of work after a long hard week and you just want to relax, maybe kick back with an adult beverage (or two). Cooking may seem like the last thing on your mind. For me, it is one of the most therapeutic! Add this so easy recipe to your Life Arena Arsenal recipes and the Golden Arches will only be an image in your rear view and not on your rear view!!!

Parmesan Chicken Tenders

  1. Preheat oil to 375 degrees
  2. Coat your chicken tenders in some flour with some pepper mixed in for seasoning. I like to coat mine in a ziploc bag for ease of clean up and coating coverage. IMG_0958
  3. Set up your egg wash and breading station. I like to take an egg or two, add some milk and whisk together. Season your egg wash as well with some pepper or seasoning to your liking. My breading mixture is plain bread crumbs, pepper and of course Parmesan Cheese. IMG_0960
  4. Dip your chicken tenders in the egg wash and then into the breading mixture, coating each fully. IMG_0961
  5. Repeat until you have all your chicken tenders ready for frying.IMG_0962IMG_0964
  6. Pop those babies into your fryer! 🙂 Fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked fully through.IMG_0966IMG_0967
  7. Salt to your liking with Kosher Salt after you take your chicken tenders out of the fryer and blot the excess oil off on a plate lined with paper towels and serve with your favorite veges & beverage! Fast Food at Home couldn’t be any easier! 🙂
